Ask for any changes you’d like, and we make them. Nothing goes live until you’re happy.

SmartSites is a small American business that designs websites for local businesses: the shops, restaurants, salons and trades that keep a town running. You’re great at what you do. You shouldn’t also have to be a web designer.
When you email us, you reach a real person here in the U.S. who knows your site and your business. No offshore call centers, no ticket numbers, no runaround. We answer every message within one business day.

Common questions
Do I need to know anything about computers?
Not at all. We do all the technical work. You answer a few questions, send some photos, and tell us if you’d like anything changed.
I already have a website. Will I lose my web address or email?
No. You keep both. We only change the settings that point your web address to your new site, and we don’t touch your email.
I run my business on Facebook. Do I have to give that up?
Not at all. Keep posting there. Your website becomes the home base you control, and your Facebook page points customers to it.
How fast can my site be ready?
Your draft is usually ready to look over within 48 hours of getting your information.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Just email us what you’d like changed, such as new hours, prices or photos, and we’ll update it for you. Your first year includes 3 updates, and every year after includes 4. One update is one round of changes sent together.
I already use online booking or ordering. Can I keep it?
Yes. We’ll add a clear “Book Now” or “Order Online” button that links to the service you already use, at no extra charge.
What happens after the first year?
We’ll email you at least 30 days before your year ends. To keep everything running, just pay the renewal invoice: $99/year if you kept your own web address and email, or $129/year if we set them up for you.
What if I want to leave?
No problem. Just cancel before your renewal date, and we’ll send you a copy of your website files so you can host them anywhere. If you kept your own web address, it was always yours. If we set one up for you, it’s registered to us and expires when your plan ends, and we’ll give you time to save your email first.
